I have been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010. I realized from the very beginning that I was very sensitive to the the stories my clients shared with me. I wanted to help, more than just physically touching them; thus my coaching skills and talents blossomed. I specialize in helping people learn how to tune into their higher-selves, in order to nurture and cultivate our innate intuition. In doing so I will help you achieve your personal goals, discover self-limiting beliefs, and assist you in working through issues that can cause stress, anxiety, and worry. This service includes nice flowing stretches and therapeutic techniques that have been passed down through Indian, Chinese, & Thai healers for thousands of years. This session really combines the art of yoga and it’s deep facial releases, while the kneading and compressions add that massage feel. You get the benefits of having Yoga, Massage, Acupressure, Ayurveda, and Reflexology all in one session.
You have 3 chances every week to learn the basics to creating your very own yoga practice. If classes aren't your thing, that's okay! I offer personalized 1-on-1 instruction.
