Service Description
Three - 90 minute sessions to perform the Tenfold Examination traditional to Ayurveda. Session 1: Structural and functional exams Session 2: Ayurveda Assessment - Sub Dosha & Dhatus Session 3: Report of Findings - Prakruti & Vikruti These sessions are required before beginning monthly Ayurveda Lifestyle Coaching sessions.
